Your purchases come from all over the world. Because of this, they may depart from various locations and/or arrive to you in multiple packages.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 6 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7-12 business days.

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!
