Refund Policy

OUR 14 DAYS WARRANTY

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 14 days from the date of purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will ensure that all of your concerns are addressed satisfactorily.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or refund your payment in full.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@winksbeaute.com. We will replace or refund your purchase after review and confirmation.

Please Note: This policy does not cover products damaged through misuse, accident, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To request a refund or exchange:

  1. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Products that are used, or damaged by the customer, are not eligible for a refund.
  2. Request your Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing support@winksbeaute.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product. Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse for your return.
  3. Use a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Note: You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Please send the item back as a gift to avoid customs fees, which we do not cover.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. A refund receipt will be emailed to the address used for your purchase.

Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and your bank. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@winksbeaute.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email support@winksbeaute.com.

Shipping For Returns

To return your product, mail it to: 215J Upper Thomson Road, Singapore 574339. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before processing and shipping. A 20% cancellation fee applies to cover restocking and credit card charges.

Invalid Reasons for Return:

  • No longer wanting an item or finding it cheaper elsewhere does not warrant a return. Orders are a binding contract.
